Mommy, Daddy and your brothers miss you so very much. You were such a blessing to us. We think of you and miss you everyday. You are forever loved and never forgotten!

I found out at my 20 week ultrasound that Faith had a birth defect called CDH (congenital diaphragmatic hernia). Faith was born on January 16, 2013. She was such a beautiful little baby girl. We are thankful for every day that we had with Faith. The day after Faith was born she had to go on ECMO, a life support machine for heart/lungs. The doctors weren’t able to get her stabilized so she could get life-saving surgery to fix her diaphragmatic hernia. When Faith was 12 days old — on January 28, 2013 — she continued to decline with her health. She ended up getting a brain bleed and had to be taken off of the life support machine. She was unable to survive without the life support machine. She later passed away in her Mommy’s arms. She was surrounded by her family as she went into the arms of Jesus. Faith is very missed and we wish she was still here to watch her grow up.

Mommy, Daddy and your brothers love you!
