• death
• bugs crawling on my skin (sometimes it’s just a strand of hair)
• sleep paralysis
• getting old
• pregnancy that leads to miscarriage or stillbirth
• failure
• anaphylaxis/drowning/suffocating
• roller coasters/theme park rides with drops
